Hi, I’m Matt. My family and I started Sell Fast Nationwide LLC with a simple idea: property owners deserve clear information, respectful communication, and the freedom to make their own decision.
We start by listening. Tell us what’s going on, ask the questions that matter to you, and take the time you need to consider your options.

Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers to a few common questions.
Do I need to make repairs or clean out the house?
We consider as-is sales, including homes that need repairs or still contain belongings. Tell us what needs attention. The purchase agreement will spell out any conditions and what stays with the property.
Do you consider properties nationwide?
Yes. We consider opportunities in markets across the United States. Whether we can proceed depends on the location, property, applicable requirements, and investor availability.
Are you the buyer, or do you work with investors?
We are real estate investors and may act as wholesalers. We may buy a property ourselves or enter a purchase contract and assign our contractual interest to another buyer for a fee or profit. We’ll explain our intended role before you sign. We do not represent you as your real estate agent through this website.
How quickly can I sell?
Tell us your preferred timeline. We’ll discuss what may be possible after reviewing the property. Closing dates depend on title, due diligence, the buyer, and the signed agreement; we don’t promise a specific closing speed.
Will I pay fees or commissions?
There is no fee to submit an inquiry. Any purchase price, closing costs, fees, or other financial terms will be stated in the agreement. If you have an agent or another existing agreement, your obligations under that agreement may still apply.
What if the property is rented or listed with an agent?
Please tell us about tenants, leases, and any listing agreement. We’ll take those details into account and respect existing agreements. Contacting us does not change your obligations to tenants or your agent.
Am I committing to sell by filling out the form?
No. The form starts a conversation. It is not a purchase contract or a guarantee of an offer. You can compare options and decide whether a proposed sale is right for you.
What happens after I submit the form?
Your inquiry is sent to our team. We’ll review the information and contact you by phone or email about the property and possible next steps.
How do you determine an offer price?
We review the property, its condition, local market activity, and other relevant factors. If we can make an offer, we’ll explain the proposed price and terms so you can compare your options.
Not Sure What Your Property Is Worth
